Yesterday, we were testing iMX6 Rex boards in an Environmental chamber for the whole day. We used the iMX6 Rex modules which were build for commercial temperature range (0°C to +70°C). Results were better than expected. Modules PASSED memory test running between -25°C to +70°C. We have done also switch ON and OFF tests and the boards PASSED these tests for the whole temperature range. Great results. Once we build also industrial version of the Rex module (we buy and fit all the components for the industrial temperature range) we will run these tests again but for -40°C to +70°C.
